COVID-19 has taken all of us by storm. Suddenly we are being encouraged to stay in your home to the extent possible. Many team members are now doing their work from home. So how do stakeholders ensure employees are doing their work?
Organization
There are a few platforms which can help keep your workers in sync. Software like Basecamp, Trello and Asana are great for following progress and keeping the team on on board with one another and on track.
Collaborating Online
How about keeping the team in communication with one another? This is where Slack really shines. By making it easy for workers to instantaneously push their communication to the whole group, or a select few, or even just one worker, Slack makes team messaging simple. The ability to @mention also makes it so the right team member gets a specific message.
Meetings
But what about employee meetings? Online technologies like Uberconference, Zoom and Skype are ideal for group meetings. Enforcing the use of the display feature also means stakeholders can ensure their workers are attending the conference and paying attention.
